Entries are open for the men’s and women’s All Natal to be played 15 to 23 July in Pietermaritzburg. Lists on the board.
Well done Brad Burne and 16 year old Tristan Everton on reaching the final of the Club men’s handicap singles to be played this Saturday at 1.30. Charles Carr and Alfie Smith did well to reach the semi finals beating strong opposition along the way.
The winners of the April Parklane Spar Tricky Thursday were Suva Pillay, Tim Bigg and Jenny De Bruin.
Place new entries on the board for our April E&C Charcoal Breakfast pairs at 8.30 this Saturday. The current leaders of the accumulative monthly cash prize points are Trevor Spring and Jerry Klopper.
The next Wednesday fours sponsored by Polly Shorts Pick n Pay and J Leslie Attorneys is at 8.30 3rd May.

Well done to Roy and Elna Fraser on coaching and guiding the NIBA U20 side to a silver medal at the BSA inter districts in Bloemfontein last week.

Last Sunday the three lucky draw chicken winners amongst 38 bowlers were Colleen Webber, Elaine van Rooyen and Duncan Parsons with Patty Forbes-Milne sipping the presidents first touch free drink. The R1200 Friday attendance draw was won by Ryan Coetsee who together with Les Corlett also won on the meat draw. There is no attendance draw this Friday.
The kitchen is closed from Friday through to Monday and reopens on Tuesday the 2nd for breakfast and lunch. Braai facilities will however be available on a BYO basis this coming long weekend. The bar and facilities will be open.

Well done to Trevor Spring and Ken Hooper in getting to the final of the NIBA senior mens pairs but came unstuck at the last hurdle and to Roy and Elna Fraser who reached the semi final stage of the Niba mixed pairs but sadly could not progress to the final which is to be played at MBC this Saturday afternoon.
Formal tabs in takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays (8.30) and Saturdays at 1.30 for 2pm.
Roy Ponsford, Edric Pascoe and Stan van Staden were last Sundays informal bowls lucky draw chicken winners with Jean Roberts sipping the presidents first touch free drink. It was good to see so many new faces. Informal bowls is played on Fridays (2pm) and Sundays (9.30).
The 6pm Friday attendance draw stands at R1200. Meat draws and an evening meal are on offer with sounds from the juke box.
The kitchen is open Tuesdays to Sundays for breakfast and lunch. R80 will get you Sunday roasts and dessert.
Burgers and/or wors rolls are on offer Saturdays while you watch Super rugby.

Well done to Satha and Gnagna Moodley, Roy and Elna Fraser, Kevin Williams and Rezelle Klynsmith on winning their sections at the NIBA mixed pairs. The play offs are this Saturday 1.30 and Sunday 8.30 at Lynwood.
Well done also to Arlene Tait and Cynthia Jorgenson who won our March E&C Charcoal Breakfast pairs last Saturday.
